We've designed our home study course to deliver the same high-quality education you'd get from our traditional classroom courses, all from the convenience of your home or office. You will be mailed a book along with an exam that you will have to pass to receive credit. We offer unlimited retakes of exams. You may take any course you'd like. Just be careful not to take the same course number you've taken in the past. Our system will warn you in RED at checkout if you've taken the same class in the past. Rest assured, this course will satisfy your 6 hour real estate continuing education and includes your 2 hours of legal update + 1 Hour of Mandatory Fair Housing
