How long does it take to complete the course?
This is a focused 2-day live classroom review covering the SAFE exam content areas — Uniform State Content, General Mortgage Knowledge, Mortgage Loan Origination Activities, Federal Mortgage-Related Laws, and Ethics. See the schedule above for exact dates, locations, and times.
How and where do I take the NMLS MLO exam?
After completing the course, you register for the NMLS SAFE MLO Test through the NMLS Resource Center (nmlsresourcecenter.org). The exam is administered at Prometric testing centers located throughout Michigan and nationwide. You must pass both the National and Michigan State components of the exam.
