The 20-hour NMLS course is completed over 4 consecutive days (Monday–Thursday), meeting from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM each day. All 20 hours must be completed to receive your certificate of completion. Check the schedule above for upcoming class dates.
After completing the course and receiving your certificate, you register for the NMLS SAFE MLO Test through the NMLS Resource Center (nmlsresourcecenter.org). The exam is administered at Prometric testing centers located throughout Michigan and nationwide. You must pass both the National and Michigan State components of the exam.
Our experienced instructors are available throughout the class to answer any questions you may have. If you need additional support after class, our student services team is available by phone at 248-559-7555 or via the live chat on our website. We're here to make sure you succeed.
NMLS regulations require full attendance to receive your certificate of completion. If you miss any portion of the course, you will need to make up that time in a future session. Please contact us as soon as possible at 248-559-7555 if an absence is unavoidable — we will do our best to accommodate you in an upcoming class at no additional cost.
Yes, free parking is available at all of our classroom locations. Each training center has a dedicated parking lot or designated spaces for students. Specific parking instructions and directions are included in your class confirmation email sent after registration.
