The Mortgage Loan Officer Licensing Course is a 20-hour program designed to meet the SAFE Act requirements, including two hours dedicated to Michigan state regulations. The curriculum covers key topics such as state law and regulation, business definitions, general mortgage knowledge, disciplinary actions, compliance, license law, ethics, federal mortgage-related laws, and mortgage loan origination activities.
